I explain the issues, risks and potential costs and provide resolutions in plain, clear language and with a common sense approach, and a strategy that just makes sense, as the Council's recommendations are often confusing, or vague for non-experts, I provide understanding and I am on your side, delivering you the best outcome possible for your project.
